- Topic: The Market Access Secretariat, part of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, is designed to drive the development and implementation of the internatinoal market-access strategies for Canadian agriculture and agri-food products. The Secretariat has played a crucial role in the opening of international markets to Canadian Beef followimg the BSE crisis. Mr. Gorrell will update us on the challenges that may face beef producers in the future and what we have learned from the past that will help us address these challenges.
